Chunlizhengda announces management changes, appoints new CFO

Beijing Chunlizhengda Medical Instruments Co., Ltd. (HKEX: 1858) announced the resignations of Deputy General Manager Zhai Zhiyong and Chief Financial Officer Li Yumei, both due to personal reasons, effective May 27, 2025. Both Zhai and Yumei will remain with the company. Concurrently, the board approved the appointment of Lu Hongyue as the new CFO, starting from the same date and lasting until the expiry of the fifth session of the Board. Lu, born in April 1993, previously served as head of the finance department and holds a qualified junior accountant certificate. The announcement states that Ms. Lu has no affiliations with directors, supervisors, or major shareholders of the company. The changes were approved at the 24th meeting of the fifth session of the board of directors.
