Chengdu Expressway advances Chengwenqiong expansion project

Chengdu Expressway Co., Ltd. (HKEX: 1785) announced progress on its Chengwenqiong Expressway Expansion Project, revealing that its subsidiary, Chengwenqiong Company, has completed the open tender for civil construction of the TJ1 and TJ6 bidding sections. Sichuan Transportation Construction Group Co., Ltd. secured the TJ1 bidding section with a bid of CNY 1,111,046,466, while Xinjiang Beixin Road & Bridge Group Co., Ltd. won the TJ6 section at CNY 779,814,935. The total successful bid amount for both sections is CNY 1,890,861,401. The company cautioned that the formal agreements are subject to the Listing Rules and may require shareholder approval.
