3SBio Inc. to seek approval for share mandates

3SBio Inc. (HKEX:1530) has announced plans for its Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on June 25, 2025, in Shenyang, China. Key proposals include seeking general mandates to issue additional shares not exceeding 20% of the company's issued share capital and to repurchase shares representing up to 10% of the issued shares.
