Youran Dairy: All resolutions pass at annual general meeting

Youran Dairy announced that all resolutions were passed by poll at its Annual General Meeting (AGM). Key resolutions included the adoption of the audited consolidated financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2024, and the re-election of board members, including Mr. Yang Huicheng, Mr. Hao Haijun, Ms. Meng Yilan, Mr. Xu Jun, Mr. Xu, Zhan Kevin, and Ms. Xie Xiaoyan. Shareholders also approved the re-appointment of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu as auditors and granted mandates to the directors to issue and repurchase shares. The total number of issued shares as of the AGM date was 3,892,727,833. Chairman and Executive Director Hao Haijun confirmed that all directors attended the AGM, held in Hong Kong.
