WuXi Biologics issues new shares under share option scheme

WuXi Biologics (Cayman) Inc. (HKEX:2269) announced today the issuance of new shares related to its share option schemes. On May 21, 2025, the company issued 32,174 shares at HKD1.73 each. Subsequent issuances occurred on May 22 and May 23, 2025, adding 1,000 shares each time at HKD2.64 and HKD1.29 respectively. Additionally, a notable issuance of 1,000,000 shares to a director occurred on May 23, 2025, priced at HKD1.29. These transactions increased the total number of issued shares to 4,064,993,673.
