Country Garden extends RSA fee deadlines amid restructuring efforts

Country Garden Holdings (HKEX: 2007) announced the extension of both its Early-Bird RSA Fee Deadline and General RSA Fee Deadline to facilitate creditor participation in its proposed restructuring. The Early-Bird deadline is now June 6, 2025, while the General deadline is June 20, 2025. The company stated that holders representing over 70% of the aggregate principal amount of its Existing Public Notes have already acceded to the RSA. The extensions aim to allow more creditors to complete internal procedures for joining the agreement. Holders of existing debt who haven't yet acceded can review the RSA terms on the transaction website and submit an Accession Letter via the Accession Portal. The company advises shareholders and investors to exercise caution and seek professional advice when dealing in the company's securities.
