** China Everbright Bank Co., Ltd., Hong Kong Branch, is issuing USD600,000,000 in floating rate notes due 2028, with stock code 5575, under the U.S.$6,000,000,000 Medium Term Note Programme of China Everbright Bank Company Limited. The notes are intended for purchase by Professional Investors only and have been listed on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong. The offering circular dated 14 May 2025, drawdown offering circular dated 15 May 2025, and pricing supplement dated 15 May 2025 are now available. Fitch expects to assign the notes a credit rating of "BBB+".
