China Everbright Bank lists USD 600m notes on HKEX

China Everbright Bank Co., Ltd., Hong Kong Branch, announced the listing of its USD 600,000,000 floating rate notes due 2028 (Stock Code: 5575) on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (HKEX) under its USD 6,000,000,000 Medium Term Note Programme. The application has been made for the notes to be traded by professional investors only. Trading is expected to commence on May 23, 2025. The joint global coordinators, bookrunners, and lead managers include Citigroup, Bank of Communications, and Agricultural Bank of China Limited Hong Kong Branch, among others. The Company’s stock code on the HKEX is 6818.
