Qidian Guofeng Holdings appoints new company secretary

Qidian Guofeng Holdings Limited (HKEX: 1280) has announced a change in its company leadership. Ms. Mu Weiwei has resigned from her role as Company Secretary and Authorised Representative, effective May 21, 2025. The Board has appointed Ms. Zheng Xuci as the new Company Secretary and Authorised Representative, also effective May 21, 2025. Ms. Zheng brings over ten years of experience in corporate secretarial matters and investor relations management to the role, and most recently worked as director of advisory at Shenzhen Fuyi Management Consulting Co., Ltd. The board expressed their appreciation to Ms. Mu for her contributions and warmly welcomed Ms. Zheng.
