IMAX China to seek share buyback, issue mandate

IMAX China Holding Inc. (HKEX:1970) has announced its upcoming annual general meeting scheduled for June 12, 2025, in Shanghai. Key proposals include the re-election of non-executive directors Jiande Chen, Robert Lister, and Natasha Fernandes. Shareholders will also vote on granting the board a general mandate to repurchase up to 10% of the company's issued shares and to issue up to 20% of its issued shares.
