Country Garden shifts AGM to virtual format, revises proxy form

Country Garden Holdings Company Limited announced a change in the mode of its Annual General Meeting (AGM) from a physical meeting to a virtual format. The decision aims to foster communication between shareholders and the company. Shareholders, their proxies, and corporate representatives cannot attend the AGM in person and can only participate through an online platform, referred to as the "eVoting Portal." A revised proxy form has been published to reflect this change. The AGM is scheduled for June 5, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. in virtual format. Shareholders who already submitted the original proxy form must complete and resubmit the revised version. Registered shareholders can attend the AGM online, view a live stream, cast votes in real-time, and submit questions via the eVoting Portal or by calling the dial-in number provided during the AGM.
