Yantai North Andre Juice announces profit distribution, ends share issuance

Yantai North Andre Juice Co., Ltd. (HKEX:2218) has announced its 2024 profit distribution plan alongside the termination of its previously planned issuance of A Shares to specific targets. The company will distribute a final dividend of RMB2.5 (tax inclusive) for every ten shares, totaling RMB85.30 million, representing 32.72% of net profit attributable to shareholders. This dividend will be paid in RMB to holders of A Shares and in HKD to holders of H Shares. To receive the dividend, H Share transfers must be lodged with Tricor Tengis Limited by June 26, 2025.
