Neutech Group expands wellness tourism with Xikang Yunshe deal

Neutech Group Limited (HKEX:9616) has announced a connected transaction involving the acquisition of a stake in Xikang Yunshe and a capital contribution to the company. On May 20, 2025, Neutech Group's subsidiary entered into a share transfer agreement to purchase approximately 4.2255% of Xikang Yunshe's paid-up capital for a total consideration of RMB30 million. Concurrently, the Purchaser agreed to make a capital contribution of RMB45 million to Xikang Yunshe.
