CIMC resumes trading after dividend date revision

China International Marine Containers (Group) Co., Ltd. (HKEX: 2039) announced the resumption of trading of its H shares, effective May 20, 2025, after a temporary suspension. The suspension was triggered by a non-compliance issue with Rule 13.66 of the Hong Kong Listing Rules related to the announcement of the book closure period for the final dividend distribution. To rectify this, CIMC has revised the ex-dividend date to May 30, 2025, and adjusted the period for lodging transfer documents to June 2, 2025. The book closure period will now run from June 3, 2025, to June 6, 2025, with a record date of June 6, 2025. The company clarified these changes will ensure compliance with listing rules.
