AIA Group increases issued shares, continues buyback program

AIA Group Limited announced changes in its issued share capital and continued share repurchase activity on May 20, 2025. The company issued 100,000 new ordinary shares at a price of HKD 41.9 per share due to the exercise of share options. As a result, the closing balance of issued shares, excluding treasury shares, increased to 10,694,986,402.
