CRRC Corporation announces major contract wins worth RMB54.74bn

CRRC Corporation Limited announced that it and its subsidiaries have recently secured contracts with an aggregate value of approximately RMB54.74 billion. These contracts, primarily signed between December 2024 and May 2025, span several key areas, including urban rail transit, MUs business, locomotive, and freight wagon. Specifically, contracts related to urban rail transit vehicles and equipment sales and maintenance are valued at approximately RMB18.22 billion, encompassing deals with companies like Shenzhen Metro Group and MTR China Railway Electrified Rail Transit (Shenzhen). The company has also secured contracts related to sales of MUs worth approximately RMB15.12 billion, primarily with China State Railway Group. In addition, contracts for the advanced refurbishment of MUs are valued at approximately RMB10.55 billion. The newly acquired contracts, accounting for 22.2% of the company’s 2024 revenue, also include deals relating to wind power and energy storage equipment sales with companies like Inner Mongolia Three Gorges Mengneng Energy and Goldwind Science & Technology, valued at RMB5.36 billion. Furthermore, the company secured locomotive sales with China State Railway Group worth approximately RMB3.23 billion and freight wagon overhaul deals at RMB2.26 billion.
