Beijing Tong Ren Tang announces board and executive changes

Beijing Tong Ren Tang Chinese Medicine Company Limited (HKEX:3613) announced executive leadership changes, effective May 12, 2025. Chen Fei has resigned from his roles as an executive director, executive deputy general manager, a member of the competition executive committee, and authorised representative due to a change in work arrangement. Yue Zheng has been appointed as an executive director and the vice chairman of the Board. Yan Han has been appointed as an executive director, a member of the competition executive committee, and authorised representative. Yue's service contract stipulates a three-year term with no director's fee. Similarly, Yan's contract is for three years with no director's fee. The company expressed gratitude to Chen for his contributions.
