S-Enjoy Service Group appoints independent non-executive director

S-Enjoy Service Group has announced the appointment of Mr. Jiang Xuzhi as an independent non-executive director and a member of the Independent Investigation Committee, effective May 8, 2025. Mr. Jiang, 63, brings over 40 years of legal experience to the role. He is currently a partner at Changlian Law Firm of Jiangsu, which he co-founded in 1988. His prior experience includes legal work at the legal counsellor's office of Changzhou and Changzhou First Law Firm, as well as serving as an external supervisor of Jiangnan Rural Commercial Bank. Mr. Jiang will receive annual emolument of RMB200,000 as determined by the board. The company also confirms that Mr. Jiang meets the necessary independence requirements. The appointment also includes his addition to the Independent Investigation Committee, established to investigate fund transactions with related parties.
