Envision Greenwise to cooperate on battery recycling

Envision Greenwise Holdings Limited ("Company") announced on May 8, 2025, a strategic partnership to enhance its capabilities in battery recycling. The voluntary announcement details a non-binding memorandum of understanding ("Memorandum") with China Resources Recycling International Development Shenzhen Co., Ltd ("CRR International") and Guangdong Brunp Recycling Technology Co., Ltd ("Brunp"). The three parties aim to collaborate on industry information sharing, business cooperation, and overseas expansion related to battery recycling. Areas of focus include global policy trends, technological breakthroughs, and establishing overseas battery collection and recycling facilities. The Company has launched its EV battery recycling project in Hong Kong and has established a global service network across the Americas, Europe and Asia. The Board believes that the strategic move is in the best interests of the Company and its shareholders.
