China Southern Airlines reports April share movements

China Southern Airlines (HKEX: 1055) reported its monthly movements in securities for the period ending April 30, 2025. The report indicates that the number of registered H shares remains unchanged at 4,643,997,308. A shares saw an increase of 324 to 13,476,918,571. The amount of A Share Convertible Bonds decreased by 2,000 to 5,896,258,000 as a result of the conversion of 324 convertible bonds. The total authorised/registered share capital at the end of the month is RMB 18,120,915,879.
