China Feihe invests RMB150m in SPD Bank product

China Feihe Limited (HKEX: 6186) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Feihe HLJ, has subscribed for a financial product offered by SPD Bank for RMB150,000,000. The "Subscription of Xinyue Fengli No.211" utilizes the company's idle funds with an expected annual return rate of 2.70% and a maturity date of 4 March 2026. The product is a non-principal guaranteed fund investing in fixed income assets. This investment aligns with China Feihe's objectives of enhancing capital gains while ensuring capital safety and liquidity. Following this transaction, the aggregate outstanding principal amount of wealth management and structured deposit financial products subscribed from SPD Bank by the Group stands at RMB2,150,000,000. The company stated that the terms of the subscription are fair and reasonable, and the investment will be conducted in a manner that protects the interests of the company and its shareholders.
