Kuaishou Technology to hold board meeting on May 27

Kuaishou Technology (HKEX:1024) has announced that its board of directors will meet on Tuesday, May 27, 2025, to review and approve the unaudited consolidated first quarterly results of the Group for the three months ended March 31, 2025. The announcement was made by order of the Board, with Mr. Cheng Yixiao, Chairman, representing Kuaishou Technology. The board comprises Mr. Cheng Yixiao and Mr. Su Hua as executive Directors; Mr. Li Zhaohui, Mr. Zhang Fei and Mr. Wang Huiwen as non-executive Directors; Mr. Huang Sidney Xuande, Mr. Ma Yin and Ms. Lu Rong as independent non-executive Directors.
