Huatai Securities announces employee representative supervisor change

Huatai Securities Co. has announced a change in its Employee Representative Supervisor role. Ms. Wang Ying resigned from her position due to work arrangements but will continue to serve the company. Concurrently, the Supervisory Committee elected Ms. Yu Wei as the new Employee Representative Supervisor for the sixth session of the Supervisory Committee. Ms. Yu Wei's appointment is effective from May 7, 2025, and will last until the end of the current session. Ms. Yu Wei, born in October 1978, holds a master’s degree and is a senior auditor, previously serving in various directorial roles within Huatai Securities. She currently serves as Co-Director of the Compliance and Legal Affairs Department of the Company since November 2024. Ms. Yu Wei's remuneration will be determined according to company regulations and disclosed in the annual report.
