China Modern Dairy: No change in issued share capital

China Modern Dairy Holdings Ltd. (HKEX: 1117) announced that there were no movements in issued share capital for the month ended April 30, 2025. The company's authorized/registered share capital remained steady at HKD 1,000,000,000, comprising 10,000,000,000 ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.1. The number of issued shares also remained constant at 7,915,662,048. The company stated that no share options were exercised during the month. However, the company's general meeting approved a grant of options to subscribe for 313,816,099 shares to China Agricultural Reclamation Industry Development Fund (Limited Partnership), to be made available by 12 June 2024, at a price of HKD 2.06 per share, and resulting from an option agreement between the two parties dated 1 February 2024.
