Central New Energy enters strategic cooperation for green energy

Central New Energy Holding Group Limited announced on May 7, 2025, that its indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, Central Low Carbon New Energy (Anhui) Group Co., Ltd., has entered into a strategic cooperation framework agreement with Guangzhou Rongjie Energy Technology Co., Ltd. The agreement aims to leverage both parties' strengths in new energy and green energy industries, in line with China's "carbon peak" and "carbon neutrality" strategic policies. Key areas of cooperation include joint investment in domestic new energy projects, establishment of zero-carbon industrial parks, global information sharing, and joint research and development in integrated photovoltaic, storage, and charging products. The agreement is non-binding, serving as a letter of intent for future collaboration, and will terminate in three years if no substantial project development occurs.
