XD Inc. increases issued shares through option exercises

XD Inc. (HKEX:2400) announced an increase in its issued share capital on May 6, 2025, following the exercise of share options granted under its share option plan adopted on June 25, 2021. A total of 49,600 ordinary shares were issued at prices ranging from HKD13.284 to HKD37.01 per share. The share issuance resulted in a slight increase in the company's total issued shares from 491,408,117 to 491,457,717. The company confirmed that the issue was duly authorized and compliant with all applicable regulations, and all proceeds from the share issuance have been received.
