Neutech Group finalizes construction contract price at RMB272.5m

Neutech Group Limited has reached a supplementary agreement with Dalian Huayu Construction Group Co., Ltd. to fix the consideration for the general contracting project of the Neuedu Healthcare Technology Park Dormitory Project at RMB272,477,515.84 (tax inclusive). This adjustment follows the completion of construction drawings and modifies the previously announced tentative consideration of RMB270,000,000, as stated in the announcement on October 23, 2024. The board of directors, led by Chairperson Dr. LIU Jiren, approved the agreement on May 6, 2025.
