Concurrently, the company has extended the closure period for its H Share register, with the last day now being May 16, 2025. Shareholders listed on the H Shares register by May 2, 2025, remain eligible to attend and vote at the postponed EGM. Previously submitted proxy forms remain valid. The deadline for returning the reply slip is extended to May 6, 2025.
