Baoye Group corrects date error in 2024 annual report

Baoye Group Company Limited announced a correction to its 2024 Annual Report regarding the dates for closure of register of members. The error appears in the English version of the report on page 65, where the dates should read "from 13 May 2025 to 13 June 2025." This amendment was deemed necessary by the board of directors, and the company clarified that this change does not affect any other information within the 2024 Annual Report.
