Samsonite Group S.A. (HKEX:1910), formerly Samsonite International S.A., has released its annual accounts for the year ended December 31, 2024, showcasing a profit of US$237.4 million. This solid performance has driven the board's recommendation for a dividend of US$150.0 million, which is approximately US$0.1074 per share, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming annual general meeting to be held on June 6, 2025.
