VCredit restores public float, complies with listing rules

VCREDIT Holdings announced today that it has successfully restored its public float, complying with Rules 8.08(1)(a) and 13.32(1) of the Listing Rules. As of April 29, 2025, the number of shares held by the public reached 163,170,751, representing 33.34% of the total shares issued. This follows a decrease in shareholding by High Loyal Management Limited, controlled by Mr. Kwok Peter Viem and Mrs. Kwok Chang Shiu Feng, to 9.96%. High Loyal, Mr. Kwok and Mrs. Kwok have also ceased to be substantial shareholders and core connected persons of the company. Non-public shareholders now hold 326,289,038 shares, or 66.66% of the company. Ma Ting Hung remains chairman.
