BOC Aviation proposes dividend, director re-elections, and mandates

BOC Aviation (HKEX:2588) has announced its upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) and Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) scheduled for May 29, 2025. Shareholders will vote on a final dividend of US$0.2670 per share for the year ended December 31, 2024, alongside proposals for director re-elections and the appointment of Ernst & Young LLP as the company's auditor, replacing PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.
