Zhuzhou CRRC Times Electric repurchases shares, maintains issued capital

Zhuzhou CRRC Times Electric announced the repurchase of 1,295,000 H shares on April 30, 2025, on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The repurchased shares, acquired at prices ranging from HKD30.5 to HKD32 per share, amounted to a total cost of HKD40,254,427.5. While repurchased, these shares were yet to be cancelled as of April 30, 2025. This activity reduced the number of shares redeemed or repurchased for cancellation but not yet cancelled to 1,295,000.
