Prada approves dividend, changes auditor amid revenue growth

Prada SpA (HKEX:1913) announced the results of its Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on April 30, 2025, highlighted by the approval of a final dividend of EUR 0.164 per share for the year ended December 31, 2024, totaling EUR 419,647,136. This translates to HKD 1.431802 per share based on an exchange rate of HKD 8.7305 per EUR 1. The payment date is set for May 19, 2025. Shareholders also approved the appointment of KPMG S.p.A. as the new external auditor for a three-year term, succeeding Deloitte & Touche S.p.A. after 22 years.
