Postal Savings Bank of China nominates Chen Xue as director

Postal Savings Bank of China Co., Ltd. announced the nomination of Ms. Chen Xue as a candidate for Non-executive Director. The nomination, approved by the Board on April 29, 2025, will be submitted to shareholders for consideration at the Bank's general meeting. Ms. Chen's qualification as Director is subject to approval by the National Financial Regulatory Administration. Her term of office is to be three years, commencing from the approval date. Ms. Chen, born in 1969, holds a master's degree in Public Administration and the titles of Senior Accountant and Certified Public Accountant. She previously held positions within the National Academy of Governance, the China Securities Regulatory Commission, and currently serves as Director of China Post Group Corporation Limited. She will not receive remuneration from the Bank as a Non-executive Director.
