ENN Energy privatization plan faces delay; scheme document extended

ENN Energy Holdings (HKEX:2688) announced an extension to the timeline for dispatching the scheme document related to its proposed privatization and delisting. The pre-conditional proposal, initially announced on March 26, 2025, aims to privatize ENN Energy through a scheme of arrangement under Section 86 of the Companies Act, ultimately leading to the withdrawal of the company's listing. According to the initial announcement, the scheme document should be despatched by April 30, 2025.
