** WuXi AppTec Co., Ltd. (HKEX:2359) has completed its 2024 Annual General Meeting (AGM), which included the approval of key resolutions and the finalization of the cash dividend payment details. The company's board of directors, consisting of executive, non-executive, and independent members, confirmed the poll results of the AGM, the First A Share Class Meeting, and the First H Share Class Meeting. Shareholders have approved the work reports of both the Board and Supervisory Committee, and the financial report for the year 2024. A proposed 2024 profit distribution plan and special dividend distribution were also approved.
