GAC Group repurchases shares for treasury, impacting share count

Guangzhou Automobile Group Co., Ltd. (HKEX: 2238) announced a repurchase of its A shares on April 28, 2025. The company repurchased 1,288,404 shares on the Shanghai Stock Exchange at prices ranging from RMB 7.73 to RMB 7.79, resulting in a total cost of RMB 9,999,365.48.
