CSC Financial unit to issue CNY2.7bn in notes

CSC Financial Co., Ltd.'s subsidiary, CSCIF Hong Kong Limited, will proceed with issuing CNY2.7 billion in 2.48% notes due in 2027, under its U.S.$4,000,000,000 Medium Term Note Programme, according to an announcement. The notes, with stock code 85025, are unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed by China Securities (International) Finance Holding Company Limited and benefit from a keepwell deed provided by CSC Financial Co., Ltd. Application has been made to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange for the listing of the notes, available only to professional investors. The offering circular and pricing supplement, published in English only, became effective on April 28, 2025. Trading of the notes on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange will be in a board lot size of at least HK$500,000.
