China Southern Airlines sets date for 2025 annual general meeting

China Southern Airlines (HKEX:1055) will hold its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Friday, May 23, 2025, where resolutions will be proposed. Details of these resolutions, as well as the notice for the AGM, will be dispatched to shareholders. The register of members will be closed from Wednesday, May 14, 2025, to Friday, May 23, 2025, both days inclusive. In order to attend the AGM, all transfer documents of H Shares together with the relevant share certificates must be lodged with Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited by 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday, May 13, 2025.
