Yadea Group Holdings announces resignation of non-executive director

Yadea Group Holdings Ltd. announced today the resignation of Mr. Zhang Yiyin as a non-executive director, tendered to the Board on April 25, 2025, and taking effect on April 29, 2025. Mr. Zhang, who also served on the audit, remuneration, and nomination committees, is stepping down to dedicate more time to other business commitments. The Board expressed its gratitude for Mr. Zhang's contributions during his tenure. As of this announcement, the executive directors are Mr. Dong Jinggui, Ms. Qian Jinghong and Mr. Shen Yu. Mr. Zhang Yiyin is the non-executive Director. The independent non-executive Directors are Mr. Wong Lung Ming, Mr. Chen Mingyu, Ms. Ma Chenguang and Ms. Liang Qin.
