CSCIF lists CNY2.7bn notes on Hong Kong Exchange

CSCIF Hong Kong Limited has announced the listing of its CNY2,700,000,000 2.48 per cent. notes, maturing in 2027 (Stock Code: 85025) on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong. The notes are issued under the company's U.S.$4,000,000,000 Medium Term Note Programme and are unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed by China Securities (International) Finance Holding Company Limited. The notes are further supported by a keepwell deed provided by CSC Financial Co., Ltd. Listing and trading permission are expected to be effective from April 28, 2025 and are exclusively for debt issues to Professional Investors.
