CNBM shareholders approve resolutions, dividend payment announced

China National Building Material Company Limited (HKEX: 3323) announced the successful passage of resolutions at its Annual General Meeting (AGM), H Shareholders' Class Meeting, and Domestic Shareholders' Class Meeting, held on April 25, 2025.
