CIMC progresses on Pingshan production base relocation agreement

China International Marine Containers (Group) Co., Ltd. (HKEX: 2039) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiaries, Shenzhen Southern CIMC Containers Manufacture Co., Ltd. and Shenzhen CIMC Special Vehicles Co., Ltd., have completed matters related to entering into the Compensation and Relocation Agreement with Shenzhen Pingshan City Renewal and Land Development Bureau and relevant subdistrict offices on April 25, 2025. This agreement pertains to the land consolidation and preparation project of the CIMC Pingshan production base. While final land compensation approval is pending, the company will continue to monitor the project's progress and comply with regulatory requirements. The initial resolution for the relocation agreement was considered and approved on April 10, 2025.
