China CITIC Financial proposes new director, auditor change

China CITIC Financial Asset Management Co., Ltd. (HKEX: 2799) has announced the proposed appointment of Yuan Xin as a non-executive director, effective upon shareholder approval at the general meeting and qualification approval from the National Financial Regulatory Administration. Ms. Yuan, a senior accountant, previously held positions at the People's Bank of China.
