Qilu Expressway elects vice chairman and appoints directors

Qilu Expressway Company Limited (HKEX: 1576) has announced the results of its Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) held on April 22, 2025, which included the election of a new Vice Chairman of the Board and the appointment of executive and non-executive directors. All proposed resolutions were duly passed with 100% of votes in favor. Mr. Duan Peng has been appointed as an executive Director, and Mr. Gao Yongjun and Mr. Ren Wei have been appointed as non-executive Directors, all effective until the expiration of the third session of the Board. Following the EGM, Mr. Gao Yongjun was elected as the Vice Chairman of the Board, also effective until the expiration of the third session. Mr. Gao Yongjun and Mr. Duan Peng were also appointed to the strategy committee. A total of 1,778,049,500 Shares, representing 88.9025% of the company's total Shares with voting rights, were represented at the EGM.
