Everbright Greentech announces new electricity sales framework, ratification vote

China Everbright Greentech has announced a new framework agreement for electricity sales and is calling for an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) to address this and a prior non-compliance issue. The key announcement involves a New 2025 Electricity Sales Framework Agreement with China Everbright Water Limited (CEWL), aimed at a three-year term. This agreement replaces an existing one, and the company has set the New Electricity Sales Annual Caps at RMB176,840,000 for 2025, RMB178,397,000 for 2026, and RMB179,954,000 for 2027.
