China Merchants Securities updates board composition and committee roles

China Merchants Securities Co. (HKEX: 6099) has announced changes to its Board of Directors and the composition of its committees, effective April 18, 2025. Ms. LUO Li, a non-executive director, has been appointed as a member of both the Risk Management Committee and the Audit Committee. Following this change, the Risk Management Committee will be chaired by Ms. LIU Hui and include members Ms. LUO Li, Mr. WU Zongmin, Mr. LI Delin, Mr. ZHANG Mingwen, Ms. DING Lusha, and Ms. CHEN Xin. The Audit Committee, chaired by Ms. ZHANG Ruijun, will include members Ms. LUO Li, Mr. HUANG Jian, Mr. CAO Xiao, and Mr. FENG Jinhua. The board consists of executive directors Mr. HUO Da (Chairman) and Mr. WU Zongmin (President); non-executive directors Ms. LUO Li, Mr. LIU Zhenhua, Ms. LIU Hui, Mr. LI Delin, Mr. LI Xiaofei, Mr. HUANG Jian, Mr. ZHANG Mingwen, and Ms. DING Lusha; and independent non-executive directors Mr. YIP, Ying Chi Benjamin, Ms. ZHANG Ruijun, Ms. CHEN Xin, Mr. CAO Xiao and Mr. FENG Jinhua.
