AAC Technologies repurchases 900,000 shares on April 17

AAC Technologies Holdings Inc. (HKEX: 2018) announced that it repurchased 900,000 of its ordinary shares on April 17, 2025. The shares were repurchased on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEX) at a price ranging from HKD 32.45 to HKD 33.8 per share. The total amount paid for the repurchase was HKD 30,060,450. Following the repurchase, the number of treasury shares is 21,726,000, while the number of issued shares excluding treasury shares is 1,176,774,000. The company is authorized to repurchase up to 119,850,000 shares under a mandate granted on May 23, 2024. Since then, 21,726,000 shares have been repurchased. The company is restricted from issuing new shares or transferring treasury shares until May 17, 2025.
