Kingsoft invests in Kingsoft Cloud via subscription agreement

Kingsoft Corporation (HKEX:3888) has announced a connected transaction involving a subscription of new shares of Kingsoft Cloud. The Board approved the Subscription Agreement on April 16, 2025, Hong Kong time, where Kingsoft will subscribe for 69,375,000 new ordinary shares of Kingsoft Cloud at HK$5.83 per share, totaling HK$404,456,250. This transaction will result in Kingsoft holding approximately 1.82% of Kingsoft Cloud’s existing issued share capital and 1.65% of the capital as enlarged by the offering.
